Ember is for women who have already done deep transformational work and experienced ceremony and inner journey work. You're no longer seeking who you are—you're learning to live as her.
This isn't about discovering. It's about embodying.
This is about landing in the truth of ourselves, being in the here and now. We surrender deeply to the experience—not as astral tourism, but as life-changing transformation. We embrace all parts of ourselves, messy complexities and all.
Sisterhood trumps everything. Deep vulnerability and authentic connection create the container for transformation. The door is the person in front of you—the women gathered are themselves the teachers.
This isn't about discovering who you are—it's about living as her. We move from knowing to embodiment, landing wisdom in the body and daily life. Not performing medicine but living it.
The real transformation doesn't happen in the peak moment—it happens in the patient, devoted work that follows. Integration is not a destination but devotional practice. Small shifts create transformative change over time.
Your ember is your I AM—your center, your core knowing of who you truly are.
Not what you do, but who you are at your essence. It's the steady pulse within you that remains when everything else is set down. This is the part of you that sources your power from within, rather than seeking it outside yourself. When you know your ember, you stop seeking validation outside yourself. You return to yourself as the authority of your own life.
Through this retreat, you'll clarify your center and practice holding your line.
The question we explore together:
Do you know who you are?
What is your I AM?
Who is Ember for?

A note from Anastasia
I'm an Embodiment Mentor for women leaders, facilitators, and creatives who've done deep inner work but can't land their knowing into sustainable daily life and profitable soul-led businesses. You're stuck in the gap between transformation and embodiment—you've touched something real, but it keeps slipping away in the noise of performance, people-pleasing, and survival patterns.
Through somatic integration, medicine work, and business architecture, I help you close that gap permanently—so your medicine becomes your life, not something you do when you have energy left over. I'm a certified psychedelic-assisted therapist. I've been holding space for 20 years—first as a photographer who learned to truly SEE people, then as a retreat leader and circle keeper. As a Métis woman, I've been honored to learn from indigenous elders and teachers, deepening my understanding of ceremonial practice and land-based wisdom. I've guided hundreds of women through the sacred work of remembering who they are.
But here's the truth: I'm not teaching from a pedestal of "I figured it all out." I'm teaching from the embodied practice of closing my own gap—right now, in real time, as I build retreat spaces, restructure my business, and practice the completion I've been avoiding. This is my medicine. Not because I've arrived. Because I'm practicing it every day. It is my honor to hold space for your transformation and to walk alongside you as you learn to live as the fullness of who you are.
"It was beautifully curated and also unfolded authentically, allowing us to know our own strength. The connections made during that week continue to strengthen as we navigate our lives with a deeper understanding of ourselves. I will continue to attend Ember retreats as long as they are offered as a way to keep finding my way back home to me." - Kali
"Anastasia is a gifted guide whose dedication to empowering women to know their truth was something I'll never forget. I loved every moment, every experience that was a part of the Ember retreat. From the moment I arrived there was a comforting and enthusiastic energy of 'you belong here'. Anastasia's warmth and genuine dedication to creating a sacred and healing space was felt in every conversation she led, within each shared connection and in every beautiful detail found throughout the week. Coming home to myself within the retreat and then back home with myself was nothing less than magical. I am deeply grateful for the time shared and the beautiful community of women and the lifelong connections made. I can't wait for the next time." - Bridget Ambrose
"I always underestimate the power of a connection and reset in nature. Anastasia led a powerful medicine retreat for a loving community of women who shared a common purpose—to heal, grow, and empower one another. The retreat was held in a breathtaking natural setting, providing the perfect backdrop for our journey of self-discovery and healing. The support I experienced with my fellow retreat participants was unparalleled. We laughed, cried, and shared our experience in a safe and nurturing environment. Through these connections, I not only found a sisterhood but also discovered the strength that comes from vulnerability and authenticity. This retreat is a gift to yourself, and I am forever grateful for the healing and growth it has brought into my life. Thank you for sharing your wisdom with us, Anastasia."
"So much care and thought went into every single detail, and that showed through every moment of this retreat. The opening and closing ceremony were moving and intentional. The yoga and bodywork were restorative. The hike and workshop were playful and connecting and touching. The ceremonies were done with the utmost care. Everything felt significant. Everything was done with intention. The container that was created was so strong, I felt completely supported and held and safe to be vulnerable and curious, and this empowered me to go deeper within myself and share openly. The integration went beyond all expectations. It was absolutely my favourite part and where true healing took place. I am beyond honored and grateful that I was able to have this experience. I will treasure it for the rest of my life.
We would like to acknowledge that the land on which we gather is the traditional territory of the Sinixt, the Ktunaxa, and the Syilx peoples, and is home to the Métis and many diverse Indigenous persons.
