You've sat in circles. You've done the medicine journeys. You've touched the depths of your soul and seen the truth who you really are.

But when you come back to daily life—to your business, your relationships, your body—it all starts to slip away. The knowing fades. The patterns return. You're caught between the woman you touched in those sacred moments and the one you keep reverting to old patterns through conditioning and story.

This is the embodiment gap.

It's not that your transformation wasn't real. It's that you haven't been given the tools to land it into sustainable structure.

Most healing spaces stop at the breakthrough. They give you the insight, the release, the vision—but they don't teach you how to build a life that holds it. That's where I come in.

I'm learning to guide others through integration—building the bridges between transformation and embodiment in daily life. Through somatic practice, medicine work, and business mentorship, I help you close the gap between who you know yourself to be and how you actually live. This isn't about more healing. It's about building the structures—internal and external—that let you live AS the healed version.

Your nervous system.
Your daily rhythms.
Your business model.
Your relationships.
Your money.
Your rest.

I work with women who are deep in the journey.

When we work together, your medicine stops being something you touch in rare moments and becomes the ground you walk on every day.

This is embodiment. Not as a concept. As a lived practice.

let's connect

Having walked through my own embodiment journey—including overcoming a stage 3 cancer diagnosis 8 years ago—I understand deeply what it means to close the gap between touching transformation and living it.

If you're feeling the pull to move beyond insight and into integration, I invite you to explore working together. Whether through The Well Community, Circle Mentorship, or Retreats, there's a place for you here—a place where your transformation becomes your foundation, not just a memory you visit.

We would like to acknowledge that the land on which we gather is the traditional territory of the Sinixt, the Ktunaxa, and the Syilx peoples, and is home to the Métis and many diverse Indigenous persons.
