Arrive at 4pm to a warm welcome and light refreshments. We'll begin by setting intentions and fostering connections that will grow throughout the weekend. Enjoy a nourishing vegetarian dinner in Xenia's century-old lodge, a perfect setting for soulful conversations. The day concludes with a calming evening ritual, designed to relax your mind and body, ensuring a peaceful night's rest.

DAY 1

Thursday

After a light breakfast, immerse yourself in a day of gentle self-discovery. Morning rituals and intentions pave the way for slow, mindful breathwork and movement practices, guiding you into a state of feminine flow. The day's centerpiece is our sacred group ceremony, a profound, trauma-informed experience fostering deep insights and community bonds. Our approach respects cultural sensitivities, ensuring an inclusive environment for all. As dusk falls, gather for a light evening meal, a time for integration and reflection.

DAY 2

Friday

Saturday focuses on personal integration and nourishment. Begin with grounding movements, followed by an integration circle where we share experiences and offer mutual support. Enjoy ample free time for journaling, introspection, and connecting with nature. Explore Xenia's enchanting grounds - from the ancient tree to the labyrinth, fern forests, and scenic trails. This day is designed for you to process your insights, allowing them to settle deeply within. As evening approaches, we gather for a final ceremony.

DAY 3

Saturday

Your final day begins with a nourishing breakfast and time for quiet reflection. Use this moment to integrate your experiences and prepare for your journey home. At 11am, we gather for our closing gratitude circle. This powerful practice allows us to acknowledge our individual and collective growth, express appreciation for the connections we've formed, and set intentions for carrying our insights forward. As we say our goodbyes, feel the strength of the sisterhood we've cultivated over the weekend. Leave feeling renewed, empowered, and deeply connected to yourself and the community you've become a part of.

from past Becoming Retreat participants —

"The attention to facilitation was truly exceptional."

From the moment I arrived, I felt held in a beautifully crafted container that allowed for deep personal exploration and growth. The care extended to every detail - from the nourishing food that fueled our bodies to the thoughtfully designed spaces that fostered deep connections among participants. The facilitators created an environment where I felt completely seen and supported, free from judgment. This allowed me to open up in ways I never have before, forging meaningful bonds with the other women. It's clear that every aspect of this retreat was carefully considered, resulting in an unparalleled experience of transformation and sisterhood.”

"I have never experienced such a profound sense of safety and nurturing in a retreat setting."

"I have participated in numerous retreats with various facilitators in the past, but this one provided a particularly safe container."

This sacred space allowed me to truly delve deeper into my experience. What stood out the most was the genuine care and attention from the facilitators. They made sure that every participant felt witnessed and seen, creating a beautiful space where we could open up and share without any fear or judgment. This level of support is unparalleled.

Meet Our Co-Facilitators

Veronika, Marika, and Anastasia each bring unique expertise to support your journey. Veronika, our medicine carrier, is highly trained in psychedelic integration and skilled at holding space. Marika, our talented chef and journey support, brings her passion for nourishing others and facilitating healing. Anastasia, with extensive experience in mentorship and retreat leadership, creates authentic spaces where women can embrace both their shadows and light.

VERONIKA — MEDICINE CARRIER

Meet Veronika - a compassionate healer whose heart lies in supporting others through their transformative journeys. She has completed several underground trainings in psychedelic therapy and integration, alongside the study of medicine safety and protocols. Through apprenticeship, she's embraced the healing art of Advanced Applied Kinesiology, while also enriching her practice through Family Constellations workshops. Beyond these formal teachings, her most profound learning flows from the sacred moments spent holding ceremony space, witnessing others as they navigate their deepest challenges and discover their inner light.

Her own healing journey opened her eyes to the tender wisdom that lives within each of us. Walking this path with teachers who graciously shared their sacred traditions, she came to understand a beautiful truth - our capacity to hold space for others blossoms from our own inner healing work. This understanding gently led her to medicine work, where she discovered her life's calling.

Today, she brings both gentleness and strength to her practice, creating a nurturing space where people can explore their inner landscapes, transform old patterns, and move at their own natural pace toward healing.

"Our bodies are wise, and so are we, when we take the time to know ourselves."

ANASTASIA — RETREAT FACILITATOR & JOURNEY SUPPORT

For 20 years, I've held space as a photographer, retreat leader, and circle keeper. I've learned to truly see people—not the surface, but the underneath. The woman behind the performance.

Eight years ago, I walked through my own embodiment journey with a stage 3 cancer diagnosis. I did all the things—chemo, surgery, radiation. And I also did the deep work. I sat with medicine. I let myself be held by women. I touched the part of me that had been waiting my whole life to be remembered. And then I had to figure out how to live as her. Not just visit her on retreat. But live AS her. In my kitchen. With my kids. In my business. In my relationships. That's when I learned that transformation isn't the hard part. Integration is.

I'm certified in psychedelic-assisted therapy through Numinus (Fundamentals of Psychedelic-Assisted Therapy and Applied Psychedelic-Assisted Therapy: Cases, Conditions and Context). As a Métis woman, I've learned from indigenous elders and teachers who've shown me how to hold ceremonial space with depth and respect.

But my real expertise comes from practicing integration in real time—building the constellation of offerings (The Well Community, Circle Mentorship, Retreats) that weave somatic wisdom, medicine work, and business architecture together.

This isn't just how I deliver the work. This IS the work. Because when you learn to build a business that breathes with your body, you're not just building a business. You're building a life where your medicine isn't something you do when you have energy left over.

It becomes who you are. That's what I'm here for. That's the invitation. Not to heal you. But to teach you how to live as the fullness of who you already are.

A weaver of both shadow and light.

MARIKA — CHEF & JOURNEY SUPPORT

Meet Marika - a talented chef and retreat facilitator who is dedicated to nourishing and healing people through food. She has a passion for feeding people and has spent many years sharing meals with others.

After spending her 20s and early 30s behind a desk, Marika started cooking professionally after visiting an underground restaurant in Buenos Aires in 2010. Since then, she has cooked all over the world for a range of private and personal clients. Creating new recipes and inspiring people in the kitchen is one of her greatest joys.

In addition to her culinary skills, Marika has taken two yoga teacher training programs and specializes in teaching Kundalini Yoga and Meditation. Her love for helping people also led her to go back to school in 2020, to become a counselor. She is fulfilling her lifelong dream to help others after receiving so much support through therapy herself.

Marika's unique experience and talents make her a perfect facilitator for our retreat. She knows how to create a safe and inspiring space for people to connect, heal and recharge.

Her delicious and intentional meals will nourish your body and mind, and her guidance in yoga and meditation will help you find inner peace.
