Central Park Energy Center
What Lara says :
In my All of You photoshoot, I not only got more than my money’s worth of every type of creative photo I needed to up-level my business platform and a year’s worth of unique social media images, I got something more, something priceless.
Anastasia is not just a photographer, she is an intuitive. Knowing me for only a few hours from our meeting the day before we shot, she was able to draw out and capture sides and qualities of myself I hadn’t recognized. Seeing her perspective of me in the photos upgraded my own perspective of who I am for my clients, my community and the world.
She inspired me to play bigger by being more of who I am. I am so grateful.
About Lara :
Lara Riggio’s Central Park Energy Center is located in the heart of New York City at the base of the park. Her approach to energy healing and muscle balancing is very New York--realistic and results oriented. She discovered and learned Muscle Activation when it alleviated her sciatica; she then began studying Energy Medicine when it cured her of chronic fatigue syndrome. She has continued to study and certify in body balancing techniques, helping tens of thousands alleviate stress, anxiety, insomnia, muscle and joint pain, fatigue and the limiting emotional patterns and beliefs that can sabotage success in careers and in relationships. She has been featured in The Daily News, Elle, and Women’s Day magazines, and on CW11’s Morning Show and Fox News. You can see more about her and Central Park Energy Center at LaraRiggio.com.
A big reason we love Lara's work :
She says that her work continually surprises her by expanding her idea of what’s possible—and her work expands our vision of what's possible too! Lara shares body wisdom and teaches that it is our bodies that can heal us. Happiness and health are her building blocks, and when photographing her you can witness the glow that her gives.
You can check out her website LaraRiggio.com for her insight on things like finding relaxation in previously uncomfortable situations, better sleep, having more energy during low points in your day, curbing cravings, feel less shy or vulnerable, improving relationships, and to feel more self-confident.
